Peter Schloo, CPA, CA, CFA - CEO, President and Director
Mr. Schloo holds the CPA, CA and CFA designations with over ten years of progressive experience in capital markets, operations and assurance. He is also a licensed prospector in the province of Ontario, Canada. He has held Senior Executive & Director positions in a number of private and public companies, with the majority in the Natural Resource sector.
Mr. Schloo is the CEO, President and Director of Heritage Mining Ltd. (CSE: HML).

Sehaj Anand - Senior Analyst
Mr. Sehaj Anand is a senior mining and metals professional with over a decade long experience in the industry. In his previous roles, he worked as a sell-side equity research analyst for almost half a decade focusing on covering the junior mining sector. Prior to equity research, Mr. Anand spent eight years in the mining industry in various engineering and corporate functions with roles focused on mine planning and operations, construction management, corporate development, and M&A. Mr. Anand holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Schulich School of Business – York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi.
Stephen Hughes P. Geo - Technical Advisor
A seasoned mining executive with over 30 years’ experience, having acted in technical, management & executive positions and directorships with several publicly listed and private mineral resource companies. Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and involved in the successful exploration and project development of world class precious and base metal deposits, primarily in Asia and South America. A key member of the exploration team that discovered the Deep MLZ Deposit (Indonesia) located in the Grasberg District, approximately 1,500 meters below surface and with a block cave reserve of 509MT @ 0.85% Cu, 0.72g/t Au. Annual Production is 500Mlbs copper and 560Koz gold.
Mitch Lavery P.Geo - Technical Advisor
Mitchell Lavery has over 48 years experience in exploration and development for a number of junior and major mining companies. He has worked across North America, South America, Europe and West Africa. Mr. Lavery is currently President and director of Seahawk Gold Corp. He has been involved in the discovery of a multitude of sulfide and gold deposits in Canada; as well as a number of Mines including Bell Creek Gold Mine (Timmins ON); two uranium deposits (Wollaston Domain SK); discovery through operation of Joubie Gold Mine (Val-d’Or QC); and the acquisition/development of the Quebec Lithium property (Lacorne QC). Mr. Lavery is a licensed professional geologist (P. Geo) and is a Qualified Person under NI-43-101 regulations.
